By signing below, I, the undersigned, consent to the following terms regarding the photography session to be conducted by Compass Gallery:

Photography Session



I acknowledge that a photography session will be conducted, where photographs may be taken of me for the purpose of promoting and showcasing Compass Gallery’s portfolio, as well as for commercial and business use.

Usage of Photographs

I grant Compass Gallery the unrestricted right to use, edit, and distribute the photographs in any manner, including but not limited to the website, social media, print materials, and advertising, without compensation to me. These photos will be considered property of Compass Gallery, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Ownership of Images

I understand and agree that all photographs taken during the session will remain the exclusive property of Compass Gallery, and that I have no claim to the images unless a separate agreement is made in writing. I understand that I CANNOT edit photos further but do have the right to post them and use them for personal use.

Exclusions

Any restrictions on usage, specific image requests, or agreements for non-disclosure or limitations on image usage will need to be agreed upon separately in writing prior to the session.

Voluntary Participation

I understand that my participation in this photography session is voluntary and that I may withdraw consent at any time before or during the session by notifying the photographer. However, once the photographs have been taken and used as per the agreed terms, I acknowledge that I may not retract my consent.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read and fully understand this consent form and give my permission for the photography session and use of the resulting images as described above.
